The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-loss, Incredible Sex and Becoming Superhuman by Tim Ferris is a mixture of weight loss advice and tips to improve general health and live a well balanced life. A life everyone dreams of, but with planing and measuring each step.
Tim Ferris is a genius man. Honestly. Other than that he is an entrepreneur, investor, author, podcaster, and much more. His podcast is ranked #1 many times by Apple Podcast.
This guy’s goal, according to me is to optimize everything in life and also enjoy it.
The book, ‘The 4-Hour Body’ according to Tim is ” The 4-Hour Body is the result of an obsessive quest, spanning more than a decade, to hack the human body.”
And it is pretty much that.
There are many, many things in this book to talk about like he mentions a pre-meal lemon juice can help you lose weight with scientific researches to back things up.
A section where Tim tells How he gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days, without steroids, and in four hours of total gym time was one of my favorite parts of the book.

Tim has performed more than 1000 medical tests which costed around $250000. But it was all worth it, as he says.
This book encompasses the outcomes of more than 100 PhDs, NASA scientists, medical doctors, Olympic athletes, professional sports trainers
(from the NFL to MLB), world- record holders, Super Bowl rehabilitation
specialists, and even former Eastern Bloc coaches.
Some fascinating lines from the book were-

This book plays no games, only facts with proven data which not only makes it even more interesting to read but also follow stuff.
Tim is very honest and says that this book is a buffet and instructs not to read this book from start to finish, rather browse on certain chapters of improvements.
